Paginator
A newspaper production system for article layout, pagination and editorial refinement. Currently in development.
The problem
Producing a newspaper means arranging articles across multiple pages while preserving editorial hierarchy and making room for manual refinement. Paginator brings that production workflow into a dedicated browser-based workspace.
The approach
The project combines a Python and FastAPI layout backend with a React and TypeScript editor. Its prototype explores priority-based article placement, pagination, layout alternatives and an editor where a person can review and adjust the result. The work is ongoing, with the newspaper production workflow guiding the next stage of development.

Outcome
An actively developed newspaper production project, with a local editorial workspace prototype. It is presented as work in progress.
